ReckonDay's calculators run entirely in your browser. The dates, times, and other values you enter into a calculator are processed locally on your device using your browser's own clock and its built-in IANA time zone database — they are not transmitted to a server to compute a result, and ReckonDay does not store the inputs or outputs of any calculation.

Like most websites, ReckonDay may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (which pages are visited, roughly how much traffic the site receives) and may set minimal cookies required for basic site functionality, such as remembering a display preference like dark mode. These mechanisms do not identify you personally and are not used to track you across other websites.

If a donation or paid product purchase is made through the site, payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor; ReckonDay does not directly receive or store your payment card details.

Because every calculator runs client-side in your browser, none of the dates, times, or names you enter into a calculator are ever logged or retained by ReckonDay's servers — a calculation you run and never revisit leaves no trace on this end, since there was never a server-side record of it to begin with.

This applies equally to the more personal-feeling calculators on the site — the Age Calculator, the Relationship Duration Calculator, the Life in Weeks Calculator, and similar tools that take a birth date, anniversary, or other personal date as input. Even though these calculators produce results that feel personal, the underlying date value itself never leaves your device to produce that result; the computation happens entirely in your browser's own JavaScript engine.

If you purchase the Life Calendar Report, the delivery process (generating and sending the printable report) necessarily involves transmitting the specific dates and milestones you choose to include, since that data has to reach the report-generation step to produce your personalized file; that transmission and any related order data is limited to what's needed to fulfill the order and is not used for any other purpose.

This policy may be updated from time to time as the site's features change; the date of the most recent substantive revision will be reflected in the site's footer or changelog where applicable.
